Heavy-Arted reserves the right to obtain validation of the User’s payment details before delivery of the Goods. Once payment has been made for an order, the Order remains valid as an offer until Heavy-Arted issues a Confirmation of Order or a notice revoking the Order as the case may be. All goods shall remain the sole property of Heavy-Arted until payment has been made in full by the User. Once we get a notification from Payfast that payment reflects, a valid sale shall have been concluded encompassing an offer by Heavy-Arted and acceptance by the User. Heavy-Arted offers the following methods of payment in completion of your transaction:

Should you have any concerns related to your card payment you are to contact us immediately via our designated customer service channels below.
