If you wish to return your order you are required to inform us within 7 days of receipt. We will not issue a refund if item does not return in a unused and totally resalable condition. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the item.
You will not receive a refund of the original delivery charge.
The refund of items returned damaged will be judged on a case by case basis. Refund will only be issued upon receipt of returned goods. Heavy-Arted will not take responsibility for the cost of returning this item.
If you wish to cancel your order before dispatch of the item we require notification within one working day of order. If we are notified after the item has already been dispatched (after 1 working day) the customer will be responsible for returning this item at their own cost.
